Terms and Conditions If you have to cancel your booking please give the relevant notice. For Off-peak times we require 7 days advance notice of your arrival date. For Peak times - July/August, New Year, Rugby Internationals, bank holiday weekends and special events) - advance notice of cancellation required will be 21 days prior to arrival. Bookings must be guaranteed by credit card. On confirmation of booking 100% of the total will be processed, no show/cancellations are charged 100% of the total, any concerns about the possibility of cancellation please take out travel insurance. 3% card fee will apply. Amex not accepted. An arrival time is required.
At weekends there is normally a requirement for a minimum of 3 nights stay, however please feel free to ask for availability of one/two night stays.
Check-in is from 12 noon and no later than 9 p.m. unless by previous arrangement. Check-out is by 10 a.m.: an extended checkout may be available by arrangement.
Please note: should you cancel out with the above times and we are in a position to book your room to another person, you will receive a full refund regardless of notice given. We want to build a good relationship with our customers & achieve a happy return trade, therefore we do not want to charge anyone unnecessarily.
